The notebook

Simple to start.
Room to grow.

Kagazji keeps the first step small: open a note and write. The tools are there when a thought needs more room.

01

Write, without the ceremony.

A quick thought or a full page. Rich text, headings, lists, checklists and editable tables give it the shape it needs.

02

Find the thought again.

Search your notebook or look inside a note. Combine filters for tags, folders, pins, properties and more.

03

A place for the things you keep.

Nested folders, tags, pins and bookmarks. Paper covers, icons and your own uploads make a note easy to recognise.

07

Keep images together.

Choose a link or one of four image sizes. Open a carousel, browse Images, Videos and Screenshots, or collect selected images into a note or PDF. Combine screenshots in the order you choose.

04

Take your writing with you.

Copy a note, share a link, or export. Select a collection and make a PDF with an index, or keep your writing in a portable JSON file.

05

An email can be a note.

Forward from your Kagazji account email to your own private receiving address. The subject, message and small supported attachments become a note.

06

Private fields get their own lock.

Password and card fields are encrypted before sync and excluded from whole-note copies, shares and exports. Ordinary writing stays ordinary writing.

A quick way back

The useful note, close at hand.

Copy a whole note or a public paragraph. Native desktop clients also let you assign note shortcuts for opening or copying frequently used writing. These native clients are in development.

Private password and card blocks stay out of public copying.

A little help with writing

Help, when you choose it.

Use your installed Grammarly extension, app or keyboard for public writing. Manage its account and permissions in Grammarly.

Native Apple development builds also support system Writing Tools and reviewed on-device suggestions on eligible devices. Availability depends on the device and Apple Intelligence settings.

The web notebook is available now. Native Apple, Android and Windows apps are being tested. See current availability.

From the first line to the finished thought.
